• A bug: what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected. The browser and device help a lot.
• A mistake in the content: the language, level, unit and lesson, and what you think it should say. These reports are genuinely valuable — please send them.
• Your account: email from the address you signed up with, so we can identify it without asking you for anything sensitive.

To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, email the same address with the subject “Data request”. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and what your rights are.
