Cookie Policy
Last updated 22 July 2026
Short version: we use the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and nothing else.
What we use
AulaPath sets strictly necessary cookies only. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics pixels and no cross-site profiling. This is why you are not being asked to click through a consent banner: under the ePrivacy rules, cookies that are essential to deliver a service you asked for do not require consent.
- Session cookie — set when you log in, so that the next page you open knows it is still you. Without it you would be signed out on every click. It is removed when you log out.
- Security cookies — short-lived values used during sign-in to protect the login flow against cross-site request forgery.
Local storage
Alongside cookies, we store two small values in your browser's local storage: whether you opted in to evening reminder notifications, and when the last one was sent, so we don't send it twice. This never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Third parties
If you sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies as part of that flow. Those are governed by Google's policies, not ours.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Be aware that blocking the session cookie will make it impossible to stay logged in, so the app will not work.
